C:LOGIC enables the submission of tow slips directly from police cruiser MDTs and CAD systems, as well as electronic reporting of private property impounds and releases. Extensive error checking and automation ensure the accuracy of entered information and eliminate manual, paper-based processes.

Exception-based Auditing and Oversight

C:LOGIC facilitates more effective industry oversight and enforcement by providing both the data and tools necessary to monitor, audit, and analyze non-consent towing operations. Out-of the-box reports flag exceptions, allowing overburdened law enforcement officers to focus on possible violations of established regulations and procedures. Officers can place, extend, and release holds through the system in real time, eliminating overhead and delay. Hold status is instantaneously available to storage lot operators, and law enforcement is proactively notified when an active hold is due to expire or has exceeded a specified duration.

Abandoned Vehicle Disposition

C:LOGIC supports the disposition of abandoned vehicles and satisfies state-level requirements for data retention by archiving any documentation necessary to demonstrate that ownership-transfer procedures were properly executed.

Self-Service Public Website

C:LOGIC provides a public facing website that allows anyone who has had their car towed to search for the vehicle by plate or VIN. This website is also available to 311 and other non-emergency help desk personnel to answer towing inquiries.

Auto Theft & Recovery

By consolidating ALL non-consent towing information, C:LOGIC facilitates cross-jurisdictional collaboration, virtually eliminating erroneous stolen vehicles reports, and accelerating the recovery of stolen vehicles. Storage lot inventories are continuously searched for stolen/wanted/ Be On The Lookout (BOLO) vehicles and when matches are found, alerts are sent to the inquiring officers.
