Company First Solution to Address Information-sharing and Communication Issues in Non-consent Towing

Houston, TX (February 5, 2005) – HOUSTON, TX – Compiled Logic Corporation (C:LOGIC) announced its formation with a business mission to build solutions for the common good—government, business and the citizens they mutually serve. The company has begun work on its first application, a information-sharing and communications solution for non-consent vehicle towing management.
In the top ten major metropolitan areas across the U.S., as many as 10,000 automobiles are towed each day in “non-consent” scenarios—in all, more than three million vehicles per year. Non-consent towing operations present costly challenges to law enforcement agencies, towing and storage industry and citizens trying to find their car. The company expects to pilot the solution in 2007 with Houston Police Department.
“We are currently in development on an array of products and services that support transactions between these three client groups,” said Lawrence Estes, CEO of Compiled Logic. “Non-consent towing will provide a tremendous opportunity for our organization to bridge the information, communication gaps that exist today and add value to everyone involved across the lifecycle.”
Additionally, the company has secured advisory board members Richard Scruggs, celebrated Houston entrepreneur and director of the Center for New Ventures & Entrepreneurship at Texas A&M, and the Brown Group International consulting firm, led by former Houston police chief and Mayor Lee Brown.
