  Houston, TX (August 6, 2006) – HOUSTON, TX – Complied Logic Corporation (C:LOGIC), a leading provider of leader in Towing Lifecycle Management solutions , announced today that it has successfully completed the City of Houston Police Department (HPD) Pilot.
• Working with HPD over the past six months, the company sought to validate its service, Vehicle Impound Storage and Towing Administration (C:VISTA™), in the fourth largest city in the US. C:VISTA™, the Company’s launch product is sold as a service to law enforcement agencies to enable those agencies to more effectively and efficiently manage towed vehicles.
• “This pilot has exceeded all the goals defined in our initial plans”, stated Keith Lancaster, Executive Vice President and CTO. Mr. Lancaster added, “The original scope focused on validating a full round trip (patrol car – city IT systems – storage lots) in the towing management workflow. During the pilot, our team worked closely with the Houston Police departments, resources and storage lot operators to accomplish each scenario in the plan and fully vet the complete product.”
• Completing the pilot represents another milestone in C:LOGIC’s effort to deliver the market the first , end-to-end system to manage non-consent towing for cities, law enforcement and the towing & storage industry
